Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum order. No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 5–9 business days
• Freight Items (squat racks, cable machines): 7–14 business days via freight carrier

Freight deliveries include curbside delivery. White-glove in-home delivery and assembly is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most shipments can be tracked at UPS.com or FedEx.com.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@homegymhq.com with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
