We stand behind every SIPP product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition (unused or lightly used) and include original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at willowrae980@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Options

• Full Refund — Returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
• Store Credit — Issued immediately upon return approval (includes a 10% bonus)
• Exchange — Swap for a different color or replacement unit at no extra cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the original.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items that have been significantly damaged through misuse
