Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters fulfillment and changes may not be possible.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Take photos immediately and email us within 48 hours. We'll ship a replacement at zero cost to you.
